Spray foam

Up to 40% of a building’s energy is lost because of air infiltration. Air flows through gaps, cracks, and holes in through an HVAC systems, meaning more energy is used to maintain the comfort level of the building.  Spray foam outperforms other types of insulation because it can expand and tightly fill those crevices that might otherwise have been left exposed. Its resistance value — the ability to create an airtight seal — is R-6, the highest ranking on the market.

Industrial coatings

image4

Industrial coatings are products engineered specifically for their protective and functional properties. But while protection is their underlying goal, they also can be aesthetic. Most industrial coatings are used for corrosion control of concrete and steel, but they lie under a complex market umbrella and work in numerous areas. These industrial-grade products can be used for a number of applications.

Seawall & bulkhead restoration

image5

These symptoms of a failing seawall are caused by erosion of the ground behind the wall. Typically, this is caused by leaks in the wall, improper drainage of land-side runoff, or ground behind the wall that was not sufficiently compacted during construction. The latter can happen when the original contractor worries about putting too much force against the wall and consequently doesn’t tamp the earth hard enough. Over time that ground will settle or will get saturated and mushy. Either will result in voids and erosion, undermining the integrity and effectiveness of the seawall.

We can: seal the failing joints in a wall, stabilize loose, saturated soil, fill voids behind the wall without adding huge weight to a weak substrate, create a watertight barrier behind and under a wall, all without excavation?

We can use polyurethane injection resins to do all the above. For 35 years, spray foam has been used to stabilize soil, seal leaks, and repair concrete in seawalls and bulkheads.

Roof spray foam & coatings

image6

Roof spray foam is an eco-friendly roofing option for commercial, industrial and manufacturing facilities, is a material that is sprayed as a liquid, so it can expand into a foam, creating a solid layer across an existing roof. While SPF roofing is not the most known type of roofing material, the technology has been around since the early 1960s for industrial, commercial, and residential facilities. An SPF roofing system can be used in any climate, and when correctly installed and coated with a high solids silicone coating, can last over 50 years.

Tank coatings

image7

No matter what your tank contains, we have the right linings to keep the contents safely inside & protected from the outside. We provide coatings & linings to protect nearly every type of storage vessel, including steel and concrete tanks, pipe linings, reactors, rail tank cars, truck tankers, potable water tanks, bulk dry-storage tanks and more.

Secondary containment systems

image8

The proper design, construction, and maintenance of the secondary containment system within an industrial facility is paramount to containing leaks and spills from the primary storage tanks or vessels. The main purpose of a secondary system is to contain the spill until it can be neutralized, cleaned up, and disposed of properly. A secondary containment structure must be designed with a high degree of chemical resistance to a lesser degree than that of the primary system.

Agricultural spray foam

image9

More and more, rising energy costs are cutting into the bottom line of agricultural business owners and operators. The costs of heating and cooling poultry houses, swine barns, farrowing houses, equine barns, cold storage facilities, and so on, is becoming a larger and larger operating expense. And those costs will only increase in the future.

HVAC duct work spray foam

image10

To minimize air leaks and maximize effective R-values, spray foam must be applied to all surfaces to the duct-work. All duct connections should be mastic sealed and a high solids silicone coating to protect the spray foam.

Wall injection spray foam

image11

Wall injection spray foam is pumped into wall spaces in a liquid form with the consistency of shaving cream, where it flows freely throughout the wall cavity – getting behind wires, pipes, electrical outlets, and into cracks and crevices that other insulation can't reach – and then hardens into a solid, but lightweight barrier to keep valuable conditioned air inside your home where it belongs. Your home stays cooler in the summer!
